"Sizing was “way off” for me"
I ordered my usual size, but it fit nothing like I expected. It was “super tight” in some spots and weirdly loose in others, so the whole fit just felt off. I checked the size chart too, but it didn’t help much. Annoying because I was excited to wear it, and now it’s just sitting in the bag.

"Really frustrating return process"
I don’t know, the whole exchange thing was just way more confusing than it needed to be. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting on my refund, which feels ridiculous. Just left me with a bad feeling about the whole experience.

"I was able to get around..."
I was able to get around the site and do what I needed, but from my experience the navigation felt a little clunky at times. It’s not a huge issue, but I think it could be easier and more straightforward to move between pages.

"Shipping took way too long"
My order took alot longer to show up than I expected. I know delays happen and all, but the tracking updates weren’t very helpful, so I was just kinda stuck waiting around. The whole thing ended up being frustrating. I probably wouldnt order again unless the shipping gets better

"Overpriced and honestly kind of a rip-off"
I’ll be real, this felt like a total price-tag clown show. For what I paid, I expected way better quality, but it was just average at best. Nothing about it felt special, and it really seems like you’re paying extra just for the name. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

"Feels like robots are answering the emails"
I tried contacting customer service a few times about my order and never got a real answer. The replies felt super generic, like a robot was just sending out canned emails instead of someone actually reading my issue. It made me feel ignored. The whole process was slow, unhelpful, and frustrating enough that I wouldn’t order from them again.

"I’m still waiting for my order and..."
I’m still waiting for my order and it feels like it’s taking forever. On top of that, I keep having to verify things over and over, which is getting really frustrating. I just want my delivery to actually show up.

"Wrong items, and the fix wasn’t much better"
I ordered two dresses in a size small, but somehow one showed up in the wrong color and the other was a medium. The packing slip even listed my order correctly, so how does that even happen? I reached out to support, and it took days just for them to tell me to send photos. Like, what else am I supposed to do at that point? Frustrating experience overall.

"The style just feels kind of dated"
I don’t know, the overall design just feels really outdated to me. Like, I wanted to like it, but the look comes across a bit cheap and thrown together, and the more I looked at it, the messier it felt

"Packaging made me question the quality a bit"
My order from acekouture.com showed up on time, so that was good, and the item itself wasn’t damaged. But the packaging felt basic. The box was a little bent and didn’t seem super secure, which made me wonder a bit about the overall quality. For the price, I expected it to be packed with more care. Not a terrible experience, but definitely something they could improve

"Refund was way slower than I expected"
I did get my refund in the end, so it wasn’t like a total disaster or anything, but it definitely took longer than it should have. I had to follow up a couple times, which just gave me a bad feeling about the whole thing. Not the worst experience ever, but it was frustrating

"Not quite what I expected"
To be fair, I knew online photos can look a little different, but the outfit I received really didn’t match what was shown on the site. The color was noticeably off, the fit wasn’t like the pictures, and the material felt cheaper than I expected. I even checked the size chart before ordering, so that made it extra frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again...

"Not at all like they made it sound"
I was disappointed. The fabric felt cheap, the stitching was messy, and it looked so much better in the pictures online. They make all these vague promises about quality, but once it arrived, it definitely didn’t live up to any of that. I wouldn’t order from here again.
